Beckie Manahan, Emergency Manager at Neosho Memorial Regional Medical Center, is working with school systems across Southeast Kansas to distribute STOP the Bleed kits now through August. The kits, funded by the Regional Homeland Security Project, are designed to help schools respond quickly and effectively to bleeding emergencies.
