Student membership: $20 per month with student ID (must be taking 12 hours or more).
Enrollment fee: Add a $30 fee to first month for all members age 18 and over on memberships three months and longer. This is a one time fee that covers start-up and orientation of the equipment.
Group fitness classes
Join us in one of our group fitness classes. Class are free with an active membership to the Fitness Center or $5 per class for non-members.
HIIT FIT - High Intensity Interval Training. 30 minute classes held M/W/F at 6:00 a.m.; 12:15 p.m.; 5:30 p.m. (no Friday evening class).
TRX - Exercise using suspension training with TRX. TRX is a performance training tool that uses gravity and your body weight to complete hundres of exercises. It delivers fast, effective, total-body workouts for a rock-solid core. For people of all fitness levels. These 45 minute classes are held T/Th 6:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
Senior TRX Basic Training - TRX workouts designed for people ages 50 and older focusing on core strength, balance and endurance. This class is 60 minutes long and is held on T/TH at 9:00 a.m.
Fitness center hours
Monday - Thursday 5:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Friday 5:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Sunday 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.
