It's Time - 2025 Carriage Club Calendar FAQ
Neosho Memorial hosts its annual Carriage Club Calendar project and babies born at NMRMC between April 1, 2021 and April 1, 2022 are eligible to participate. We feature your home photos of babies born at NMRMC. The calendar and its promotion includes: baby’s picture, first and last name, and city of residence. This is a voluntary project.
How Do I Enter in the Calendar?
- Eligible parents will receive an invitation in the mail and can upload their baby's information beginning Mother's Day and ending on Father's Day. Late submissions are not accepted and you must have an invitation with individual entry number to qualify. Incorrect numbers are not accepted.
- Babies born at NMRMC between April 1, 2023 and April 1, 2024 will be featured in the 2025 calendar.
- If your child is eligible and you haven’t received an invitation, fill out the change of address form before the deadline.
What's the Deadline to Enter?
Fathers Day, June 16, 2024, 12 midnight is the deadline. Late entries are not be accepted.
How Can I Contact NMRMC?
You may email questions to: baby@nmrmc.com Email allows staff to track requests and is the prefered way to address your questions although you may also call 620-432-5311 Monday - Thursday.
How will NMRMC Contact Me?
If we need to contact you regarding your entry, it will be by email. Please check your email regularly. In the off chance we need to call you, the hospital’s main number 620-431-4000 will be displayed on caller ID. We will leave a message if you aren’t available. Depending upon the issue, if we do not hear from you in a timely manner, your entry may not be included in the project.
What Do I Do if I Had Twins?
You need to register the twins separately. Please upload individual photos of the children and complete an entry for each baby.
What Entries are Allowed?
Please submit clear, quality photographs. We reserve the right to disqualify entries and/or photographs due to clarity, distance, content, incomplete or inaccurate entries or other issues.
Who is Eligible for the 2025 Calendar?
Photos eligible for the 2025 calendar are babies born at NMRMC between April 1, 2023 and April 1, 2025 and have not already been featured in one of our calendars. Entries must be received by tmidnight on Father's Day.
What if I Did Not Deliver at NMRMC?
Unfortunately, due to privacy restrictions, we are only able to allow babies delivered at NMRMC to participate.
