Patients will no longer receive copies directly from the Health Information Management (HIM) Department or NMRMC Clinics. Instead, requests will now be managed through RecordQuest, a trusted third-party partner that helps protect your privacy and speed up delivery.

• Pay bills online

Healthcare providers will still be able to request records directly for continuity of care, and Imaging disc requests will continue to be handled by the HIM Department.
