NMRMC Ranked One of The Best Places to Work 

Neosho Memorial employees earned a place on Modern Healthcare magazine’s 2022 Best Places to Work in Healthcare list for the 14th consecutive year. In September, NMRMC will be recognized at an awards ceremony in Nashville, TN where the national rankings are announced. The facility will also be listed in the October 3 issue of the magazine.

“Making the list once is amazing, doing it year after year reflects the level of commitment our employees have for quality patient care, long term,” Dennis Franks, NMRMC CEO said.

“This honor is possible because daily efforts support our mission to Bring Excellence and Service Together.  We call it being the B.E.S.T.,” Franks added.

The Best Places to Work program identifies and recognizes outstanding employers in the healthcare industry nationwide. Extensive workplace assessments using employer questionnaires and confidential employee engagement surveys are used to identify and recognize workplace excellence. The program is open to all healthcare companies in the United States.
